He or she must have the power of creativity, ability to face hardship and quality to build great teams. Entrepreneurship provides the license to begin a business to the entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship helps to create a new product or service. But in the modern society most of the human being try not to take risks. They always try to find the easiest way to success. In this sense the term Entrepreneurship does not get popularity. On the other hand, most of the person do not possess the skills or quality such as creativity power, team making ability etc. like the successful entrepreneurs. Because most of the people are dreamer but not realistic. In the competitive world it is very hard to create new idea or new product for the business. Because people have invented or discovered or think most of things or experience. People need new experience to think or create an idea. Entrepreneurship demands new idea or product not copied. So it is very tough for ordinary person to be an entrepreneur. On the other hand new idea or product need popularity to get demand.

And it requires long term planning, mission, vision, ambition & passion which is not preferable for everybody. Most of the entrepreneurs failed in their initiatives because everybody wants to reach their goal with short period of time what entrepreneurship cannot provide.

Because entrepreneurship is a long time risky process. Entrepreneurship is something which helps to make a massive change in Business sector. But it is very hard to change the traditional business system because of economic or financial problem. Investment is a great factor here.

Most of the people don’t want to invest but want profit. In this post-modern time in 2017, without online marketing we cannot even imagine entrepreneurship. But in current situation in Bangladesh, our so called system & ICT Sector is not good enough to fulfill the demand of the entrepreneurs. Without ICT development, it is quite impossible to be successful as an entrepreneur in this digital era. So we should take proper steps to develop ICT as well as Entrepreneurship for the betterment of the people, society, nation, country & the planet earth.
