After finishing education, the central bank governor has urged the next generation to make the country financially stable by creating entrepreneurship and making industries and factories. He talks about this as a chief guest of a conference to encourage unemployed people in the Bangladesh. According to him, 18 to 2 million people entering the employment market every year in the country.

But fewer than half of them get different jobs. The rest do not get the chance to work in any organization. But without being idle, young people must join their venture. As soon as his unemployment hits, similarly there will be a lot of employment and the country's economy will also go ahead in this way.

This call is direction oriented; it will be guided by young people's professional thinking. Because, according to traditional thought, he has to do his job, not so. It is necessary to be used in many ways by stopping the waste of youth energy.

The people of the populous Bangladesh are not burdened, but rather they are wealth. Because the greater part of this huge population is young. The youth of the same age do not get frustrated; they are looking forward to joining themselves in various activities.

Without being in the hope of their job, they will be entrepreneurs, it is an important advice. But being an entrepreneur is not easy. For this, the foremost capital is needed, how will the capital be provided?

There are some steps in the government. The government has formed the SME Foundation for Small and Medium Enterprises. Special programs for the government for small and medium loans. Special arrangements have been made for women entrepreneurs. Different support programs have also been set up for information and communication technology initiatives.

The governor of the Bangladesh Bank said, there are special plans for the creation of entrepreneurs. With this goal all the commercial banks are encouraged to expand the branches of the rural areas. Small and medium borrowers tend to be less likely to be defaulters than those who take loans for large industries.

The easing of the issue is that the way to get loan for young entrepreneurs is going wide. But some obstacles are still there. In accordance with the traditional conditions of banking, the borrower is required to show immovable property or other security.

So many of the prospective borrowers are deprived of the benefits of lending. That means, if the entrepreneur is to be the least, some assets will be entitled. But those who have no wealth, why they cannot become entrepreneurs? In case of lending, it is necessary to relax the issue especially. For example, there is no resource, but the degree of the university remains, the certainty of one can be secured.

Combined efforts of some and their certificates will ensure that they get credit - such a simple entrepreneur will create the environment. The youth will become entrepreneurs in the market.
